A Moment of Brand Alignment
A simple exercise when things feel slightly out of sync
Most businesses don't struggle because they're poorly designed or badly run. They struggle when something subtle falls slightly out of sync — between what they value, what they offer, and what people experience.
This short exercise is a moment to pause.
It’s designed to help you notice where things feel clear, where they feel a little strained, and where a slight shift could make everything work together more smoothly.
There's nothing to solve here—just space to think.
The three steps
1. Notice
Where do things feel slightly off?
Not broken.
Not wrong.
Just places that feel harder than they should, unclear, or inconsistent.
2. Name
What might others be experiencing — even if it’s not intentional?
Based on what someone sees, reads, or interacts with:
What might they assume?
What might feel confusing or mismatched?
This is about perception, not intent.
3. Adjust
What's one shift that would bring clarity back?
One decision.
One emphasis.
One thing to simplify, clarify, or let go of — for now.
Did anything small stand out that made things feel a little clearer?
Clarity often starts with noticing — not making big changes all at once.
This is the kind of thinking I guide clients through in my workshops and 1:1 work.
If this felt useful, you're already on the right track.
